That Biogon has a little snap, eh?
That Zeiss lens on the Bessa again. Man, in bright daylight it hurts to look at these images; the contrast is almost too much!

Personally, I love high contrast! So, this is right up my alley!
I’m with Paul on the high contrast. Stuff just pops in this image!
It seems that both have cans, sort of…
I must say that I like the high contrast too, without it, the street scene would have felt sleepier. Now, it feels like a lot is happening at once.
Glad you guys liked the contrast, but I reduced in a fair amount before exporting it.
Love it. The only thing “I” may have done is enlarge it to keep Ray in the frame, the camera holding and the gent on the right. Crop out the people on the left and focus on these two, plus the signage just past the Do Not Enter sign (can’t make it out.). Otherwise, nice in action!
Mark, that’s really a great note. I could do some Cartier-Bresson speech about the ‘purity of the frame’ or something, but I didn’t think of it.
